Practice schedule - daily doubles

Morning session:
Monday-Friday 7:30-8:00am | Dry conditioning - bring running shoes
Monday-Friday 8:00-9:00am | Swimming

Evening session:
Monday-Tuesday 8:00pm to 9:30pm | Swimming
Wednesday-Thursday 9:00pm to 10:30pm | Swimming

Saturdays: 7:30 to 9:00am

No practice on Friday evenings
