Welcome to the 2010 Sprague Water Polo club

August daily doubles:
Mon-Friday: 7:30am-8am, dryland training
Mon-Thurs: 8:30pm-9:45pm, swimming
Saturday: 8:30am-10am, swimming

Thursday August 19th: 5pm dryland training at Schirle Elementary

Redmond Jamboree: August 27-29

September practice schedule
Mon-Thurs: Boys 6-7:30pm, Girls 7:30-9pm
Saturday: Girls 8-9:30am, Boys 9:30-11am
No practice Monday September 5th (Labor Day holiday)

 

2010 Player Fees:

$225.00 includes player t-shirt, banquet, and snack fee for away games

 

Extra costs:

Swim suit

 

Optional costs:

Sweat shirt, sweat pants, team bag
